Mike Broggie Jr., President
Mike brings his clients 20+ years of diverse experience executing business development strategies with a focus on rapid profitability. As a recognized industry evangelist of digital media technology, he has a reputation for bringing innovative products and services to market quickly by securing key reference accounts and strategic alliances. A business development and interactive marketing consultant since 2001, Mike helps both established and early-stage media technology and content companies open new revenue channels and expand current account penetration.
Broggie is active in professional organizations which are literally defining the digital media landscape. He is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences’ Interactive Media peer group, and serves as an executive committee member and industry relations chair for the Interactive Television Alliance. He has moderated and presented on panels at several media, software, and technology industry events in the U.S. and Europe including: Digital Hollywood; National Association of Broadcasters; NATPE; SIGGRAPH; CES; MediaForum; CeBIT; Photokina; and the IEG Sponsorship Forum.
Prior to his consulting career, Mike led enterprise business development for Avid Technology’s streaming media and storage product group, Trilligent. And as the lead business development director for Webcasts.com, he helped ramp the online media startup from pre-revenue to a $155 million acquisition-to-IPO within 14 months.
His early career includes over 10 years in consumer brand marketing. As an agency account manager and operations specialist, he developed and executed national event and sponsorship marketing campaigns for General Motors, MCI, Ford, General Mills, and other Fortune500 clients.
In April 2008, Mike
joined marketing technology solutions agency Velodea, currently serving as president.
